The beauty about imagery is being at a place at the right time. Not too early, never too late. The magic appears when it does. And that, I’ve learned, is all part of the process. You show up, fingers ready at the shutter, ears scanning for life, eyes observing, and you trust it.
Isn’t that the same with people too? The ones woven into your life; that forever friend, the person you end up marrying. None of it can really be planned for. It just arrives.
G & WX are that kind of couple. Larger than life, genuinely sweet, the kind that make a room feel warmer just by being in it. I had the pleasure of being their wedding photographer at Min Jiang at Dempsey – a place I’ve photographed more times than I can count, and yet somehow never get bored of. The charm of it, the way light fills and wraps the space. It just hits different every single time.
